Begin Ed India began with a simple yet impactful vision: to ensure that every parent and family in India has access to excellent lactation skilled lactation care. Our journey began when we recognized the critical gap between the need for trained Lactation Professionals and the availability of comprehensive, culturally relevant training programs in India.
What began as a small initiative has grown into India’s leading lactation education organization, training over a thousand of Lactation Professionals across the country. We’ve built partnerships with international certification bodies, healthcare institutions, and NGOs to create a vibrant network of support for both Lactation Professionals and families.
Today, Begin Ed India stands as a success story to the power of education and community coming together. Our graduates work in hospitals, clinics, community health centers, and private practices across India and internationally, making a tangible difference in the lives of countless families. We continue to innovate, expand, and refine our programs to meet the evolving needs of India’s diverse population.
Through our collaboration with the Association of Lactation Professionals India (ALPI) and other partners, we’re not just training individuals—we’re building a movement. A movement towards better maternal and child health outcomes, towards empowering families with knowledge, and towards creating a future where every baby gets the best possible beginning in life.
